How the checklist works

Each milestone has a typical booking window (how many months before the wedding couples usually handle it). Based on your remaining time, we mark each one:

• Do now — this is your window. Book it before vendors fill up.
• Upcoming — not due yet; keep it on your radar.
• Catch up — past the usual window. Still doable, but move fast.

Keep in mind

• Popular venues and photographers book 12+ months out in peak season — earlier is always safer.
• Short engagement? Everything compresses; prioritize venue, photo, and catering first.
