How the math works

• Tables needed = guest count ÷ seats per table, rounded up (you can't have half a table).
• Spare seats = (tables × seats per table) − guests. A few spares are normal — headcounts always shift.
• Assignments split your pasted names as evenly as possible, e.g. 25 names across 3 tables → 9, 8, 8.

Seating tips

• Seat elderly guests and anyone with mobility needs closest to the dance floor — and the exits.
• Keep exes, feuding relatives, and loud partiers thoughtfully separated.
• Leave 2–4 spare seats for last-minute plus-ones and vendor meals.
